Bar Le Charles
A true counterpart of Le Baudelaire Restaurant, Bar Le Charles asserts its own identity through an eclectic decor imagined by Interior Design Specialist and Architect Patrick Juliot. Dedicated to the Romantic poet Baudelaire, it is his major work, Les Fleurs du Mal, which is honored through the monumental fresco on the ceiling signed by Marco Del Re. For this project, the architect Patrick Juliot signs a decoration both bright and sophisticated, giving Bar Le Charles a brand new image with strong identity.
Paris meets at Bar Le Charles for breakfast to discover a menu that emphasizes the freshness of the products. At noon, the kitchens of Executive Chef Anthony Denon offer a menu of the day in addition to the all day dining menu which features neo-bistrot classics such as Caesar Salad or delicious Tartare & Fries. In the evening for cocktail'o'clock, Bar Le Charles dims its lights, and its golds shades bring the space an intimist touch in a musical atmosphere as discreet as entertaining.
